Combine milk, sweet potatoes, apples, onion, carrots, celery, garlic, salt, nutmeg, cayenne pepper, and peppercorns in a large pot; bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, cover pot, and simmer, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are soft, 20 to 30 minutes.
Pour soup into a food processor or blender no more than half full. Cover and hold lid down; pulse a few times before leaving on to blend. Puree in batches until smooth.

Orange-Baked Sweet Potatoes:
Peel sweet potatoes and chop
In a large mixing bowl beat together the butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.
Add the eggs, vanilla, baking soda and salt. beat in the pears and flour.
Stir in the quick oats and chocolate chips until well blended.
Spread evenly into a greased 13x9x2 baking pan.
Bake 350' for 25-30 minutes or until done.

Set oven rack about 6 inches from the heat source and preheat the oven's broiler.
Combine the whipped cream cheese and shredded habanero cheese. Place a dollop on each Snack Factory(R) Pretzel Crisps(R). Top with a few slices of bell pepper.
Melt slightly under broiler or in a toaster oven. Top each with sweet chili sauce and another Pretzel Crisps(R).
Preheat oven to 350.
In medium mixing bowl, mix peanut butter, sugar, and egg until well blended.
Form dough into ping pong size balls and place 1-inch apart on cookie sheet. Flatten slightly, and, using your finger or handle of wooden spoon, poke a dimple into the top of each cookie.
Bake in oven for about 25 minutes, or until light brown around edges and firm to the touch.
When cooled to room temperature, fill each dimple with 1/4 teaspoon of your favorite jam, for garnish.
Serve as a sweet snack with a glass of milk.

Saute onion in olive oil until lightly browned. Remove from heat and add chopped peppers. Set aside.
Drain pineapple, reserving juice.
Combine pineapple juice, sugars, vinegar, and salt in a large saucepan.
Dissolve cornstarch in the water and stir into pan.
Heat over med-high heat, stirring constantly until mixture is clear.
Add meatballs, peppers, onion, and pineapple chunks. Simmer for 30 minutes.
Serve with rice.
Cook sweet potatoes and liquid in medium size saucepan until heated through approximately 10 minutes.
Drain off liquid.
Add butter and half and half to pan.
Beat or mash to desired consistency.
