Set oven to 400\u00b0F.
Heat the chili in a small saucepan or microwave until hot.
Spread half of the tortilla chips on the bottom of a 10-inch deep-dish pie plate.
Spoon half of the chili over the chips.
Sprinkle with half of the cheese.
Repeat with remaining chips, chili and cheese.
Bake for about 7-8 minutes until the cheese has melted.
Top with salsa, guacamole and sour cream.
Serve immediately.

Brown ground meat; stir in tomatoes, onions, sauce and contents of your favorite chili seasoning.
(Mine is Texas chili; Brother Tommy McLean prefers his hot, so add extra crushed red pepper for him, but can also be either mild or medium.)
Bring to a boil; simmer 20 minutes, if time allows and you aren't hungry by now. You can place mixture in crock-pot and cook slowly.
The longer it cooks the better it tastes.
Kidney beans can be added for a variation or to serve a larger amount.
In a large saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic, onions, bell pepper and bacon, and saute until onions are translucent and bacon begins to color slightly, 2 to 3 minutes.
Add beef and saute, stirring to break up meat into fine particles, until evenly browned, 7 to 10 minutes.
Add chili powder, cayenne and cumin and saute 1 minute more.

Cook meat until brown. Drain off grease. Add onion and some chili powder to meat while it cooks. Combine meat and other ingredients in a large cooking pot. DO NOT add any beans to this recipe. Bring chili to boil and reduce heat to simmer. Stir often, tasting for the right flavor. Let chili age before serving. Preferable 4 to 6 hours.
Brown hamburger and medium onion in bottom of large pan.
Add 1 teaspoon chili powder, salt and pepper to taste.
Add beans and tomatoes; stew on low boil for 30 minutes.
Add more chili flavor or dash of garlic salt if desired.
Cook on low heat and simmer for 2 hours.
May half the recipe for smaller groups or family.
In a large bowl mix all the ingredients together very well.
Place a hand full of the mixture a cutting board and roll out or pinch together to the thickness of a bread stick.
If the mixture is too wet just add more quick oats or bread crumbs.
Cut into 2' sections and place on lightly greased baking sheets.
Preheat the oven at 375 and bake for 20 minutes or until there is no pink.
Serve as a side dish with salad and rice or with spaghetti sauce and pasta.
