Bake at 375 for 12-15 minutes.
Combine first 4 ingredients.
Bring to a boil and boil hard for 1 1/2 minutes.
Add the 1/2 cup peanut butter and the 3 cups quick oatmeal.
Blend.
Drop by teaspoons onto cookie sheet.
