Beat eggs; add cream, then beat again.<
Mix ingredients and transfer to a 9 x 13-inch pan (casserole/quiche pan).
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.

Mix in milk, salt, pepper, nutmeg, bacon and cheese.
Pour into buttered 2-quart baking dish (square or rectangular).
Drizzle top with melted butter.
Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes or until set.
Cut in squares. Serves 6 to 8.
