Quiche Without Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 eggs
    1 c. milk
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 lb. Canadian bacon, ham or Spam
    2 1/2 c. shredded Swiss or Cheddar cheese
    1 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
Preparation
    Beat eggs until light.
    Mix in milk, salt, pepper, nutmeg, bacon and cheese.
    Pour into buttered 2-quart baking dish (square or rectangular).
    Drizzle top with melted butter.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 40 minutes or until set.
    Cut in squares. Serves 6 to 8.
