Trim excess fat from pork and beef; remove bones from pork. Cut all meat into 1-inch pieces.

Stir in cream and sprinkle with parsley to serve.

Combine orange juice, beer and tomatillos in a large Dutch
Combine ground pork and veal mix, walnuts and onion in a large bowl.
In a deep baking dish, add ground beef, a layer of thinly sliced potatoes, some onion, can of pork and beans, another layer of meat, potatoes, onion, pork and beans and can of tomato sauce or catsup, mixed with a little water.
Pour over the top.
Cover with lid or foil and bake at 350\u00b0 about 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are done.
Boil potatoes a few minutes before mixing will reduce baking time.
