Make Rich Tea Biscuit dough, adding more milk to make a drop biscuit dough. Spread the dough 1/2 inch deep in an oblong 9 x 12-inch baking dish. Peel and pare apples; cut in eighths. Press apple slices into top of dough very close together. (It won't hurt if more than a layer thick.) Dot with butter or oleo. Mix cinnamon and sugar together.

Mix apples and pineapple tidbits in buttered crock pot. To the reserved pineapple juice, add orange marmalade, maple syrup, apple cider and curry powder. Stir and pour over apple mixture. Cover and cook on HIGH for 1 hour.

Place 10 biscuits on a parchment-lined cookie sheet, leaving a one-inch space between each one.
Roll out dough to flatten making sure that there remains a space between each one. Mix cream cheese and vanilla together.
Spread evenly on each biscuit. Place one slice of apple on top; drizzle about 1 teaspoon caramel topping over apple slice and sprinkle with chopped nuts. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
Peel apples; slice and put in deep dish pie plate.
Put biscuit mixture on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45 minutes or until apples are done.
Invert dough onto plate; remove apples and mix apples with white sugar, brown sugar and nutmeg.
Put apple mixture back on top of biscuit top.
