NOTE: may add more or less water while simmering and if not thick enough add alittle more corn starch to your taste.

Sprinkle with Italian seasonings, salt and pepper.
Bake at 300\u00b0 for 2 to 3 hours until excess tomato juice has evaporated. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and broil until golden brown.
