Italian Sun-Dried Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 to 15 tomatoes (firm), Italian or Early Girls are the best
    Italian seasonings or Good Seasons Italian mix
    pepper
    salt
    Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Slice tomatoes 1/2 inch thick and place on greased jelly roll pan.
    Sprinkle with Italian seasonings, salt and pepper.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 2 to 3 hours until excess tomato juice has evaporated. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and broil until golden brown.
    Serve hot.
