Pane Di Spagna - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 eggs
1 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
1 tsp. lemon rind
1/2 tsp. orange rind
Preparation

Beat eggs until thick.
Gradually add sugar and beat well. Sift together dry ingredients.
Add to eggs and sugar; mix well. Add vanilla continuously beating.
Pour into a greased tube pan. Bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
