Directions for Ginger Syrup:
Simmer water, sugar, ginger, cloves and cinnamon stirring occasionally, until reduced to about 3/4 cup, about 15 minutes.
Pour hot syrup through a fine sieve and chill.
Let stand 20 minutes until using, so all sediment has settled to the bottom.
Servings: Approximately 3/4 cup.
Directions for Martini:
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add the vodka and gingerbread syrup.
Cover and shake vigorously until combined and chilled, about 30 seconds.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
Mix first five ingredients in shaker with ice.
Shake very well.
Pour into a chilled martini glass that has been rimmed with graham cracker crumbs. ( I poured a little Bailey's in a saucer, dipped the rims, then dipped them into the graham cracker crumbs.I actually crushed them myself so they were not SO powdery).
Top with whipped cream and a Pepperidge Farm gingerbread cookie -- awesome!

Martini: Combine vanilla vodka, fresh key lime juice, simple syrup, half and half and ice in a martini shaker. Shake well until very cold. Strain into martini glass. Garnish with cinnamon stick and lime wedge.

In clear glass bowl with straight sides: layer 1/3 gingerbread cubes, then sprinkle with 1/3 cup Limoncello, then 1/3 whipped crem mixture, then 1/3 cup chambord.

Pour Irish cream liqueur, vanilla-flavored vodka, cinnamon schnapps, and butterscotch schnapps into a cocktail shaker; add ice. Cover shaker, shake, and strain drink into a martini glass.
Drizzle chocolate syrup in chilled martini glass. Rub marshmallow cremem around the rim of the martini glass and coate with crushed graham crackers.
Shake vodka and liqueur over ice and pour into glass.

Add softened cream cheese and mix well. Use reserved olive liquid to thin if dip is too thick.
Chill overnight.
Serve in Martini glass with a skewer of additional olives or pearl onions, surrounded by raw veggies or crackers of your choice.
**This recipe can be made low fat, by using fat free cream cheese**.

Preheat the oven to 350\u00b0F. Mix crumbled gingerbread, diced butter, flour and sugar in a medium bowl. Dice apples and drizzle with lemon juice.
Melt remaining 1 tbsp butter in a medium saucepan. Add the apples, ginger, raisins and cinnamon. Cook until apples are soft. Place mixture in baking dish and sprinkle with the gingerbread crumble.
Bake for about 20 mins. Serve warm.
