Mocha Mix

Makes about 3 cups.
Mix 3 tablespoons of mocha mix with 6 ounces hot water.
Stir and enjoy.

Hot Mocha Mix

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix.
Store in a sealed container.
Use 3 to 4 teaspoons for each cup of hot water. Yields 3 cups of Mocha Mix.

Mango Shake(Fat-Free)

Let mangos thaw for about 15 minutes.
Put mocha mix in blender, then add mangos and sugar.
Blend until smooth.
Add more mocha mix as needed for desired consistency.
Makes 2 large servings.

Charishma'S Double Mocha-Cocoa-Sweetened Milk-Coffee Coffee

Dissolve sugar in water, stir, and simmer on low flame for 2 minutes.
Add in sweetened condensed milk, stir, and bring to a boil.
Meanwhile, put the cocoa powder, coffee and cappucino powder in your coffee mug.
Pour the milk-water-sugar mixture over these dry ingredients.
Stir vigorously until combined.
Keep aside for 10 minutes to allow it to'cream' together.
Sit back, log onto Zaar, and sip sip sip, my very own magical cocoa1-coffee-mocha mix!

Chicken Style Croquettes

Grind slices of soyameat and hard-cooked eggs.
Saute onion in margarine and add to egg mixture.
Add Mocha Mix and seasonings. Shape into croquettes and roll in crumbs.
Bake in 350\u00b0 oven until lightly browned, about 25 to 30 minutes.

Hot Mocha Mix

Combine ingredients in a large dry bowl.
Stir until well blended. Pack into jars, making sure a piece of vanilla bean is in each jar.
Seal and label.
Store in refrigerator at least a week before using to allow vanilla flavor to be absorbed into the mix. Makes 8 cups mocha mix.

Creamy Potato Soup

In large saucepan bring water to boil.
Add green onions, minced onion, margarine, and vinegar.
Simmer until onions and bacon are tender.
Add potatoes, Mocha Mix, and salt and pepper to taste.
Stir gently, heating through but not boiling.
Serve hot.

Choco-Mint Burger (No-Bake)

Blend mocha mix into cream cheese (a bit of almond or vanilla flavoring optional).
Put coconut in Ziploc bag.
Add 1 to 3 drops of green coloring, depending on how green you want it; shake well.

Soyameat And Croutons

Make white sauce of margarine, flour, salt and Mocha Mix. Blend diced soyameat chicken style into mixture.
Drain asparagus and cut into 1-inch pieces.
Place asparagus in bottom of a large flat buttered baking dish.
Pour white sauce mixture over asparagus.
Toss croutons with melted margarine and sprinkle over top of casserole.
Bake in 375\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes.

Spiced Mocha Mix

Mix all ingredients completely.
Store in airtight container. In a cup mix 3 to 4 heaping teaspoons with 6 ounces boiling water.

Instant Mocha Mix

Mix all.
Put into airtight container.
Mix 2 to 3 teaspoons in cup of hot water.

Light Cafe Mocha Mix

In processor combine coffee and powdered milk and blend on high until powdery. It should reduce in quantity down to about 1 cup of combined coffee and instant milk.
In large bowl combine remaining ingredients with the coffee and milk mixture. Stir or blend with hand mixer on low until well combined.
To serve: add 4 tsp of mix to 6 oz of hot water, adjust to personal taste.

Swiss Mocha Mix

Shake all ingredients together to mix evenly.
Use 4 teaspoons per cup of hot water.
Store in airtight container.

Beat together sugar, milk, melted butter and egg.
Stir into Mix just until moisted.
Fold in fruit and/or nuts.
Fill greased muffin cups and bake at 425 for 20 minutes.

Lll Baking Mix Biscuits

Stir liquid into Mix just until moistened.
Knead a few times on floured board.
Roll or pat out to 1/2 inch thickness and cut into biscuits.
Bake at 450 for 7-10 min, until golden on bottom.
