Choco-Mint Burger (No-Bake) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 sack vanilla wafers
    1 c. coconut
    green food coloring
    a little honey
    fine chopped nuts or sesame seed or poppy seed
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. lite fat-free cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. fat-free mocha mix (liquid Coffee-mate)
    1 pkg. York peppermint patties (unwrap before using)
Preparation
    Blend mocha mix into cream cheese (a bit of almond or vanilla flavoring optional).
    Put coconut in Ziploc bag.
    Add 1 to 3 drops of green coloring, depending on how green you want it; shake well.
