Process bread in a food processor to produce even, fine crumbs.

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Lay cod fillets in a baking dish and season lightly with salt and pepper.
Combine water and fish bouillon cube in a bowl. Stir to combine and pour over cod.

Add remaining 1 tablespoon oil and garlic to same skillet. Stir over medium heat 30 seconds. Add green beans and lemon juice; stir until heated through. Serve beans topped with bread crumbs and pepper, if desired.
Combine green beans and 1/2 cup water in a medium pot. Cover, and bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium, and let beans cook for 10 minutes, or until tender. Drain well.
Place beans in a medium serving bowl, and mix in bread crumbs, olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, oregano and basil. Toss mixture until the beans are coated. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, and serve.
Rinse chicken breasts.
Place chicken and Italian dressing in one baggie.
Let marinate in refrigerator.
Place bread crumbs, garlic, salt and pepper in baggie.
Mix.
Drop chicken pieces in bag of crumbs and coat completely.
Place on baking dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes or until done.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Place chicken breasts in a baking pan.
Mix Parmesan cheese and mayonnaise in a bowl; spread evenly over chicken breasts. Coat with bread crumbs; sprinkle with herbes de Provence.
Bake in the preheated oven until chicken breasts are no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, 20 to 25 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).
