Bake for 45 minutes to an hour.
Serve warm, either plain or with peanut butter or nutella!

Diabetic Zucchini Bread (Low Sugar, Low Calorie, Low Fat )

Preheat oven 350 degrees.
Grease and flour two medium loaf pans.
In a bowl combine egg, brown sugar, sugar, apple sauce, and margarine.
To bowl add baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon,nutmeg, salt, and vanilla.
Add flour slowly.
Add shredded carrots, zucchini and nuts.
Beat mixture (by hand or mixer).
Pour loaf into pans.
Bake 45 mins or 'til toothpick comes out clean.

Low-Fat Applesauce Cookies

Beat eggs until thick.
Add sugar.
Continue beating until well mixed.
Add flour that has been sifted with soda, salt, spices and baking powder.
Mix well.
Add raisins and applesauce.
Stir until well blended.
Drop on a Teflon cookie sheet and bake at 375\u00b0 for approximately 10 minutes.
Fat content of recipe:
flour 1.5 grams, eggs 120 grams and applesauce 13.5 grams.

Grease and flour a 9 x 13-inch pan.
Combine the first 6 ingredients.
In mixer bowl, beat the margarine with mixer for 30 seconds.
Add sugar; beat until well combined.

Add dry ingredients and applesauce alternately to beaten mixture.
Stir in raisins.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Serves 15.

Mix lime jello in 1 can of applesauce.
Mix raspberry jello in the other can of applesauce.
Put a layer of graham crackers on the bottom of dish.
Then put lime jello and applesauce mixture next.
Put another layer of graham crackers.

Top with Cool Whip. May put some Sweet'N Low in applesauce.

In a big bowl combine flour, baking powder, sugar and cinnamon.
In a second bowl puree the banana and mix with the applesauce and egg.
Add wet ingredients to the dry and stir until just combined.
Fold in the nuts.
Fill dough into a prepared mini loaf pan and bake in the preheated oven at 180\u00b0C/350\u00b0F for 30-45 minutes or until skewer inserted in the centre comes out clean. You might need to cover the bread in order to prevent overbrowning. Check for this after 25 minutes.

Preheat oven to 350F.
Lightly coat 2 baking sheets with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt.
In a large bowl, with an electric mixer at medium speed, beat the margarine until fluffy.
Add the sugars, egg, applesauce, milk, and vanilla and beat one minute.
Stir in chocolate chips and the flour mixture.
Drop the dough by teaspoonfuls onto the prepared baking sheet and bake until lightly browned, 14-16 minutes.
Remove and cool on a baking rack.
