Spread leftover chili into the pie shell. Slice hot dogs and place on top of chili. Crumble up macaroni and cheese over the hot dogs.
Bake covered w/ foil @ 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Remove foil and crisscross pie with mustard. Dot entire pie with relish. Sprinkle cheese over all. Return to oven an bake for 15 more minutes.

For dry black beans, rinse and sort. Soak them in 6 cups of water. Simmer on medium for about 1 hour until tender. If using canned beans, place them in the pot with 4-5 cups of water.

Heat grill to high. When hot remove shrimp from marinade and place 3 shrimp per skewer. Place shrimp on a platter and lightly dust shrimp on both sides with the chili rub.
Grill shrimp for 3 minutes on each side or until they are cooked through.Place skewers on a warm platter. Brush shrimp on each side with the lemon butter. Cover to keep warm.
Divide the salsa between 6 plates, mounding it in the center. Place 1 shrimp skewer on top of the salsa and brush again with the lemon butter and left over juices from the platter.

Open cans of chili & place in medium sauce pan. Cook on medium heat for at least 10 minutes.
Slice pastrami in bite size pieces. Heat a small skillet with a teaspoon of a vegetable oil to low heat. Add pastrami pieces & let cook for 3 minutes.
Place cooled chili over fries. Next add hot pastrami over chili then smother with cheese.
