Sunglasses Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. tip roast
    1 lb. sausage (\"hot\")
    5 c. chopped onions
    1 c. red bell pepper
    1 lb. canned whole tomatoes
    14 oz. Mexican stewed tomatoes
    3/4 c. chili powder
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    2 (15 oz.) cans kidney beans
    1 c. beef broth
    1/4 c. flour
Preparation
    Season
    the
    roast
    with
    garlic
    salt and pepper, then brown in a large pan.
    After browning, add water and cook for 1 hour. Brown the sausage in an iron skillet.
    Remove sausage and
    saute the
    chopped onions and bell pepper with left over sausage
    stock and 1/3 stick of butter.
    Remove roast and cut into
    cubes,
    also remove
    broth.
