In a deep, heavy pan, brown salt pork chunks and remove. Brown chicken with Italian seasoning, garlic and pepper.
Remove from pan and put aside to cool.
Place potatoes and onion in pan with enough water to cover potatoes.
Begin cooking over medium heat.
Remove chicken from bones and add to potatoes and onion. Continue to cook over medium heat until potatoes are very done. Your mixture should be thick, not too soupy.
Serve with cornbread and enjoy!

Italian Nachos Restaurant-Style

Preheat your oven's broiler.
Crumble the sausage into a large skillet over medium heat. Cook and stir until no longer pink; drain.
Arrange the tortilla chips on a baking sheet. Top with sausage, pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, and banana peppers. Place nachos under the preheated broiler until the cheese is melted, 5 to 8 minutes. Serve with pizza sauce for dipping.

Creamy Italian Chicken--Crock Pot Recipe

Place chicken breasts and mushrooms in crock pot.
Mix together the Italian Salad Dressing mix and water.
Pour over chicken and cover crock pot.
Cook on low for 3 hours.
Meanwhile set out cream cheese-I like to cube it while it's cold.
When 3 hours is up, remove chicken and mushrooms with a slotted spoon.
Whisk the cream cheese with the liquid in crock pot.
When well incorporated, return chicken and mushrooms to crock pot and cover.
Cook for 1 1/2 hours on low.
Plate and shred fresh Parmesan to taste.
Serve.

Lisa'S Italian Nachos

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat, and add the Italian sausage, sliced pepperoni and crushed red pepper flakes. Cook and stir until the sausage is well browned and cooked through, about 8 minutes. Drain fat from skillet. Stir in the spaghetti sauce and salsa. Cook until meat and sauce are hot, about 5 minutes.
Spread the tortilla chips on a very large platter. Spoon the hot meat sauce evenly over the chips and top with the feta cheese, chopped onions, jalapenos, black olives, and sour cream.

Souperior Italian Meat Loaf

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.

Cut crusts and butter the bread. Place 8 slices, butter side down, in large flat pan. Cover the bread with filling. Cover filling with cheese. Place remaining 8 slices of bread on top of cheese, butter side up. Beat together remaining ingredients and pour over sandwiches. Place in refrigerator overnight. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes. Top with hot undiluted mushroom soup when serving. Serves 8.

Slo Mo Nachos With Tabasco Infused Creama Drizzle

Chicago Style Italian Beef Sandwiches (Crock Pot Version)

In a crock pot combine all of your ingredients (except for the rolls and giardinara) and let it cook on low for 8 hours until the meat is tender and falling apart.
Remove the meat from the au jus and shred it with a fork until it is finely shred.
Return the meat to the crock pot full of au jus to get warm for 20 minutes.
After the meat is warmed, fill the buns with meat, ladle or dip the sandwiches with au jus.
