Combine the potatoes, celery, onion, ham and water in a stockpot

Spread both sides with mayo or salad dressing.
Layer the bottom half of bread starting with sliced tomatoes, then prosciutto, then salami, then cheddar slices, then ham, then provolone cheese slices, then sliced dill pickles.
Top with shredded lettuce then sprinkle with black pepper.
Top with the pickled peppers.
Spoon the Italian vinaigrette over the filling.
Cover with the other top half of bread.
Press down firmly with your hand.
Slice as desired.
Cook Rotini pasta in boiling water.
Mix contents of the broccoli pouch, ham, and vegetable blend into the pasta.

Place olive oil in a large soup pot.
Add garlic and simmer about one minute, do not let it brown.
Put tomatoes in blender and blend briefly to smooth out the tomatoes.
Then add to garlic.
Cut Italian ham in chunks.
When I order this from the Deli, I have them cut it in 1/2 lb slab.
Add basil and crushed red pepper flakes.
Let simmer about 6 hours.
I always check the richness of the sauce by putting a spoonful in a clean bowl, let it sit for about 5 minutes and if water is seperating from the sauce, continue to simmer.
Brown bacon; drain, crumble and reserve.
In electric frypan or large skillet, saute lightly the oil, butter, garlic and ham. Add cooked spaghetti, bacon, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper; stir well.

Cut deli ham into cubes about 1 cm (or less)square. (My kids don't like the skin on the ham so I cut that off too).
Package cubed ham into bags with approximately 1-2 cups of ham in each bag.
Press out as much air as possible, label and freeze.
To serve, add ham cubes to your favourite recipes. Defrost in the microwave if necessary.
Saute mushrooms in butter. Set aside to cool.
Cut top off bread and scoop out the inside leaving 1/2\" crust. Reserve bread for other recipes.
Fill the hollowed out bread with alternating layers of ham, mushrooms, onions, tomato, and cheese.
Replace the top of the bread loaf and wrap in two layers of heavy duty foil.
Place on cookie sheet and bake on middle rack at 350F for about 40-45 minutes.

3. Mix the italian dressing and dijon mustard together
Cut each foccacia wdege in half horizontally. Spread Italian dressing on each side. Top ham on bottom of foccacia. Top with basil,olives and red onions, then top with cheese. Place under broiler long enough to melt the cheese. Serve warm.
You could also sprinkle with Italian seasonings if you like.

Saute onion and garlic clove in butter.
Cook adding 2 cups of shredded Cheddar cheese just before serving.
I always add 1 slice of smoked ham to each of the recipes.

Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Cook onion, garlic and mixed herbs, stirring occasionally, for 10 mins, or until onions are tender. Increase heat to high, add carrot and celery and cook for 4-5 mins, or until mixture begins to brown. Add tomato puree, stock, beans and ham hock. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for 25-30 mins.
Remove ham hock. Shred meat and return to soup. Discard skin, bone and fat.
Add pasta and cook for 15 mins. Season to taste. Top with grated parmesan and serve with crusty bread.
