dough and divide into 6 pieces.
Lightly flour cutting board.
With rolling pin, flatten dough into circle or oval (do not roll dough too much).
Stretch dough with hands to make larger circles.
Let dough rise for 10 to 15 minutes.
Heat about an inch of cooking oil in electric frypan (400\u00b0).
Cook 2 to 3 pieces of fried dough at a time until brown on both sides. (Dough cooks best if only turned once.)
Drain on paper towels. Sprinkle with sugar.

Poke large hole in center of flour. Add crumbled yeast cake and pinch of salt.
Add warm water, 1/2 cup at a time.

Cover bowl with towel and let set 3 to 5 hours or overnight.
Keep in warm place.

Mix together the Italian Salad Dressing mix and water.
Pour over chicken and cover crock pot.
Cook on low for 3 hours.

When 3 hours is up, remove chicken and mushrooms with a slotted spoon.
Whisk the cream cheese with the liquid in crock pot.
When well incorporated, return chicken and mushrooms to crock pot and cover.
Cook for 1 1/2 hours on low.
Plate and shred fresh Parmesan to taste.

Fry on each side until golden brown.
(Oil hands before stretching bread for easier handling.)
Drain on paper towels.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar or eat plain.
