br>Clean inside cavity of Turkey -- then Salt & Pepper inside
Rinse turkey inside and out.
Mix
Fill a large syringe* and inject turkey in the breast and thigh
Saute first 7 ingredients until salt and pepper are dissolved. Fill the injector and inject turkey at breast, wings, drumsticks, thighs and back.
Allow to marinate 24 hours in refrigerator or ice chest.
Use a 10 gallon pot for frying.
Bring peanut oil to 350\u00b0 temperature and fry turkey for 38 to 42 minutes.
Turkey should float to surface after 35 minutes and you should cook an additional 5 to 7 minutes.
You may want to tie turkey legs with 1/2-inch cotton ropes to be able to remove from frying pot when done.
Inject turkey all over and set overnight.
Inject turkey inside and out with a syringe using all mixture from the blender.
When completed, rub turkey with mustard and season generously with Creole seasoning.
Mix crab oil and dressing.
Inject turkey and marinate overnight.
Drain excess marinade.
Bring peanut oil to 350\u00b0 (I use fish fryer).
Drop whole turkey in oil for 4 minutes per pound.
Make sure oil stays at 350\u00b0.
Inject turkey breast with marinade.
Mix garlic powder and Creole seasoning together and set aside.
Rub turkey breast with olive oil. Rub seasoning mixture on outside and inside of breast.
Secure on rotisserie spit OR put breast on a rack in a roasting pan. Roast at 325 degrees appoximately 2 1/2 hours (180 degrees internal temp)OR until juices run clear.
Mix liquids together well.
Inject turkey with juice mixture. Refrigerate overnight or 24 hours.
