Fried Turkey - cooking recipe
Ingredients

10 to 12 lb. thawed and well drained turkey
Italian dressing (either bought or homemade; olive oil type best)
liquid crab boil to taste
5 gal. peanut oil
Preparation

Mix crab oil and dressing.
Inject turkey and marinate overnight.
Drain excess marinade.
Bring peanut oil to 350\u00b0 (I use fish fryer).
Drop whole turkey in oil for 4 minutes per pound.
Make sure oil stays at 350\u00b0.
