Serve on a bun, or by itself.

Preheat oven to 225 degrees F.
Wash
Pound pork into 1/4 inch thickness
dd in the halved pork tenderloin and turn to coat.
Cover
In a resealable food storage plastic bag mix all ingredients except pork chops.
Add pork and seal bag.
Turn to coat.
Refrigerate 1 to 2 hours to marinate, turning bag once.
When ready to cook pork, heat grill.
When grill is ready, place pork on grill.
Cover grill and cook 15 to 20 minutes, turning occasionally and brushing with marinade, until pork is no longer pink in center.
Discard any remaining marinade.
Brown and cook pork slightly, all around, at 300\u00b0.
Take pork out of pan and add cream of mushroom soup, water, cooking sherry and Lipton onion soup mix.
Mix until all ingredients are mixed well.
Add pork chops; cover all sides with gravy.
Cover and cook at about 300\u00b0, stirring and flipping pork chops occasionally.
If gravy gets too thick, add a little more water.
Cook until pork is 165\u00b0 with a meat thermometer.
Make rice on the side.
Serve pork and rice with gravy on top.
