Microwave milk in a microwave-safe cup until hot, about 1 1/2 minutes; stir in hot chocolate mix. Stir brandy into hot chocolate and top with marshmallow ghost.
In a large mug, mix the hot chocolate mix, chocolate syrup, cinnamon, and chili powder. Pour in the milk. Add the boiling water and stir.

store in airtight container.\tTo make a cup of hot chocolate, mix 1/3 cup of mix with 2/3 cup boiling water.
Stir the water and milk together in a microwave-safe mug. Cook on high in the microwave for 1 1/2 minutes. Remove, and add the chai teabag. Allow tea to steep about 2 minutes. Remove the tea bag, and stir in the hot chocolate mix.
Blend ice, milk, and hot chocolate mix together in a blender until smooth.
Place Hot Chocolate Mix and water in a 1 quart glass measure.
Add vanilla and stir.
Microwave, uncovered, at HIGH 3 minutes or until heated.
Pour 1 cup hot chocolate into each of 4 mugs.
Top each with 1 tablespoon ice cream.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Hot Chocolate Mix:
Combine all ingredients.
Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place. Yield's 7 1/3 cups of 1/3 cup servings).
Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F.
Cream sugar, hot chocolate mix, butter, egg white, vanilla and Kahlua until well blended.
Add flours, baking powder, allspice, pepper and salt, beating in well.
By hand, fold in the chestnuts.
Shape dough into a 12\" log and place on a lined cookie sheet. Flatten to 1\" thick.
Bake 30 minutes. Cool 15 minutes.
Cut diagonally into 16 slices.

NOTE: If you prefer a more chocolate-y taste, add some more hot chocolate mix or simply dump in cocoa powder. Please do not add chocolate syrup, it kills the taste completely!
Bake cake as directed.
When cool, use 1/2 the cake mix and crumble it in the bottom of the (preferably) punch bowl.
Then sprinkle 2 packets of the hot chocolate mix on top of the cake. Then spread 1 to 2 cans of chocolate pudding over the mix. (Depending on how thick you want it, depends on the amount of pudding to add.
I use 2.)
Then spread 1 container of Cool Whip over the pudding.
Then sprinkle 3 Heath bars (crunched) over the consistency.
Repeat the entire steps in same order for second layer.
In a bowl, combine milk powder, sugar, creamer, cocoa and cinnamon.
Add the marshmallows and mix well.
Store in an airtight container in a cool dry place for up to 3 months.
To prepare hot chocolate:.
Dissolve about 3 T. hot chocolate mix in hot milk.
In a small bowl combine all ingredients together and blend well.
Store in a small baggie or a small jar.
Attach a gift tag with these directions:
Orange Hot Chocolate.
1 1/2 to 2 tablespoons Orange Hot Chocolate Mix.
8 ounces (1 cup) hot milk.
Marshmallows or whipped cream (optional).
Place the orange hot chocolate mixture in a mug. Pour hot milk over the mixture. Stir until the mix is completely dissolved. If desired, garnish with marshmallows or whipped cream.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cream butter and sugars until smooth.
Beat in eggs and vanilla until combined.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, hot chocolate mix, salt and baking soda. Add to wet ingredients in 3 to 4 parts.
Fold in chips.
Form into balls and bake for 9-11 minutes.
Let cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan.
