Mix everything except cookies, Cool Whip and gummy worms. Fold in Cool Whip.
Grind up cookies.
Put a layer of cookies in a floured dish, then a layer of pudding mix.
Put one more layer of each and then end with a layer of cookies.
Place in refrigerator for 24 hours.
Place flowers and gummy worms on top.

Put the eggs
Combine vodka and 1 bag of gummy bears in a pitcher. Let sit until flavors combine, about 5 minutes. Discard gummy bears.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice; add 1/4 of the flavored vodka and 1/2 cup vegetable juice. Cover and shake until the outside of the shaker has frosted. Strain into a chilled glass and garnish with gummy bears from the second bag. Repeat with remaining ingredients.

Dissolve 1 package Jello into the boiling water.
Once dissolved and the cup of vodka.
Pour into individual shot glasses (or disposable condiment cups, or even little plastic cups).
After pouring drop a gummy bear into each shot.
