Dirty Vodka Martini

Place ice to the brim of your martini glass and top off with ice cold water. Let glass chill while you make the martini.
Pour vodka and olive juice in a martini shaker. Drop in about 10 ice cubes and put the top on the shaker.
Shake the martini shaker hard and quickly for about 10-15 seconds.
Pour the ice water out of the martini glass and pour the vodka martini into the glass. Drop the toothpick with olives into the martini and serve.

Pour Irish cream liqueur, vanilla-flavored vodka, cinnamon schnapps, and butterscotch schnapps into a cocktail shaker; add ice. Cover shaker, shake, and strain drink into a martini glass.

Vodka Martini

Place the olive and a dash of dry vermouth into a chilled martini glass and swirl the vermouth in the glass to coat.
Place the ice cubes and vodka in cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain into the glass, add the olive and serve.

Place ice into the martini shaker. About 3/4's full.

Sparkling Chocolate Martini

Combine creme de cacao, vodka, and vanilla-flavored vodka in a cocktail shaker. Secure lid on shaker and shake vigorously.
Spread sugar onto a flat plate wider than your martini glasses. Run the orange wedge along the lip of each martini glass to assure it's moistened all the way around; dip martini glasses in sugar to coat.
Divide remaining ice between the martini glasses. Strain the cocktail into the glasses.

Walnut Brownie Martini

Place all in a shaker filled with ice. Shake super well, till your hand are almost frozen. :).
Pour into a chilled martini glass with or without chocolate drizzled in the glass.

Pear Martini

Fill cocktail shaker with ice.
Add 3 Shots Absolut Pear Vodka.
Add 3 Shots Triple Sec.
Add 3 Shots Freshly Squeezed Lime Juice.

Gingerbread Martini

Directions for Ginger Syrup:
Simmer water, sugar, ginger, cloves and cinnamon stirring occasionally, until reduced to about 3/4 cup, about 15 minutes.
Pour hot syrup through a fine sieve and chill.
Let stand 20 minutes until using, so all sediment has settled to the bottom.
Servings: Approximately 3/4 cup.
Directions for Martini:
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
Add the vodka and gingerbread syrup.
Cover and shake vigorously until combined and chilled, about 30 seconds.
Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.

Peppermint Patty Martini

I prefer Absolute Vodka (actually I prefer Grey Goose or Level, but I can afford Absolute). 1 1/2 ounces equals 1 jigger.
Combine all ingredients in shaker.
Strain and serve in chilled martini glass (easy way to chill a martini glass is to let it sit a couple of minutes with ice water in it).
You will not get closer to a peppermint patty flavor than this.
Enjoy.

Rose Martini

In a small saucepan, combine the water and sugar and bring to a boil. Simmer over low heat, stirring, until the sugar dissolves. Let cool, then stir in the vodka, lemon juice and rose water.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice cubes. Add one-fourth of the martini mixture and shake.
Strain into 2 martini glasses, garnish with rose petals and serve.
Repeat to make the remaining martinis.

Bikini Beach Martini

Combine rum, vodka, pineapple juice, grenadine in a shaker full of ice.
Shake firmly until frothy.
Pour in a martini glass and garnish with pineapple chunk and maraschino cherry.
