Add remaining milk, pie filling mix and coconut. Blend on low speed. Beat on high speed for 2 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Spoon into pie shell. Toast coconut and sprinkle on top of pie. Chill at least 4 hours before serving.
Mix cream cheese, sugar and Dream Whip until smooth.
Pour in pie crusts.
Top with cherry pie filling.
