Boiling the Ham:

Cut top off bread and scoop out the inside leaving 1/2\" crust. Reserve bread for other recipes.
Fill the hollowed out bread with alternating layers of ham, mushrooms, onions, tomato, and cheese.
Replace the top of the bread loaf and wrap in two layers of heavy duty foil.
Place on cookie sheet and bake on middle rack at 350F for about 40-45 minutes.
Mix all ingredients.
Shape into a 9 x 5-inch loaf in shallow baking dish.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/4 hours.
Meanwhile, prepare Ham Loaf Mustard Sauce.
Drain fat from pan.
Pour Mustard Sauce over loaf.
Bake 30 minutes more, basting with sauce occasionally.
Cook rice according to package directions.
Place approximately 2 ounces of ham and slice of tomato on toasted muffin.
Mound 1/4 cup rice on tomato and cover with slice of cheese.
Heat and melt cheese in broiler.
