Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground ham
1 lb. boneless pork shoulder, trimmed and ground
3 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. finely crushed saltine crackers (about 14) or 1/2 c. finely crushed bread crumbs (3 to 4 slices)
1/2 c. tomato juice
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 to 2 recipes Mustard Sauce
Preparation

Mix all ingredients.
Shape into a 9 x 5-inch loaf in shallow baking dish.
Bake in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 1/4 hours.
Meanwhile, prepare Ham Loaf Mustard Sauce.
Drain fat from pan.
Pour Mustard Sauce over loaf.
Bake 30 minutes more, basting with sauce occasionally.
