Heat the oil in a Dutch oven over medium-high heat; add in ground beef with onion, bell pepper, garlic and chili flakes until no longer pink; drain fat, then continue cooking until the meat is browned (this may take 10-12 minutes, the beef must be browned!).
Mix in the taco seasoning mix until combined.
Add in all remaining ingredients including the juice from the canned tomatoes; bring to a boil over medium heat stirring constantly.
Reduce heat to low cover and simmer for about 30-35 minutes or until the rice is tender.
Cook the rice according to package directions.

2. In a small bowl whisk brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, red pepper flakes and pepper. Pour over the ground beef and let simmer for another minute or two.
3. Serve over hot rice and garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
Brown ground beef in frying pan.
When done, remove from heat. Pour rice and mixed vegetables in a large pot.
Boil both together.
Mix in garlic and onion.
When a low boil is near, mix in ground beef.
Bring water and salt to boil.
Drop in rice.
Let come to a full boil.

Chop pepper and onion.
Heat a large skillet.

Cook and stir 2 minutes. Put lid on, cook 10 minutes.
Stir in ground beef and sprinkle beef bouillon powder over it.
Cook and stir for 5 minutes.

Brown meat in skillet.
When some grease accumulates, add onion and cook until soft.
Drain off grease.
Add rest of ingredients (except rice) and simmer for about 15 minutes.
Serve over cooked rice.

Drain.
Stir in onions, celery, bean sprouts, mushrooms, red bell pepper and gingerroot.
Cook over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender, stirring frequently.
Stir in rice and soy sauce.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Cook onion in a small amount of margarine until clear.
Add ground beef and brown. Drain.
Add mustard and ketchup.
In a large skillet, brown ground beef and onions.
Blend soup, sherry, mushrooms (using liquid) and garlic salt; pour over meat. Cook over medium heat for 45 minutes.
Or, cover and bake at 350\u00b0. Serve over rice.

Brown ground beef in a large skillet, add onion and cook over medium heat until tender. Drain fat. Add water, salt, chili powder, soup, corn, tomato, and green pepper. Bring to a boil and stir in rice. Cover and simmer 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork.
In a large skillet, brown the beef with the onion. Drain excess fat.
Put the ground beef and onions in a 3 1/2 quart crock pot and add the remaining ingredients. Mix well.
Cover and cook on low 4 hours.
Brown ground beef and rinse in hot water and drain.
Add 1 package onion soup mix, 1 package brown gravy mix and 1 1/2 cups water.
Cook until gravy has thickened, stirring frequently.
Cook the rice as you would normally (I put it in a rice maker.).
Saute' onion, and cook ground beef over medium heat in a large skillet, (add the beef a few minutes after the onion.) Drain off the fat (I usually rinse it under warm water.).
Return to skillet. Add onion soup mix and water, bring to a boil and simmer until slightly thickened, about 5-10 minutes.
Serve warm over rice.
note: The soup mix thickens the water slightly, but it still will have a watery consistency. The extra liquid will soak into the rice and flavor it.
