Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, soda and salt.
In a saucepan, combine oil, margarine, peanut butter, and water, bring to a boil.
Pour hot peanut butter mixture over dry ingredients.
Add buttermilk, vanilla and eggs. Mix well.

Mix together the ketchup, diet cola, vinegar, hot sauce and onions in a large skillet. Add the chicken breasts and bring the sauce to a boil over medium high heat.
Reduce to a simmer and cook for 50 minutes, until the chicken is tender enough to split with a fork. The sauce will be reduced by half and quite rich and thick.
Serve each breast with a quarter of the sauce.
Peel, core and half apples.
Place in a baking dish.
Sprinkle with cinnamon.
Pour 1 bottle desired Faygo diet drink over apples.
Baste apples during baking process so they won't dry. Bake at 350\u00b0 until apples are tender.
Spray your pan with cooking spray.

Wash berries and slice thin into Jell-O.
Set in refrigerator until firm.
Top with diet topping.
Serves 4 to 6.
In pitcher, dissolve Crystal Light in 1 cup water.
Add pineapple juice.
Pour mixture into punch bowl with a little ice. When ready to serve, add Diet 7-Up.
Freeze diet pop into ice cubes.
Put all ingredients into blender, adding fresh fruit if you like.
Set out 4 custard cups.
Place 1/4 cup rice in each dish.

Add your favorite frozen yogurt.
Add berries or bananas if desired.
Drain green beans.
Put in saucepan and pour a diet Coke over. Simmer about 20 minutes.

Let cool and add the fat free cool whip for topping.
Preheat oven to 375.
Place butter in 9x9\" glass pan and place in oven to melt as oven preheats.
Once butter is melted, place salmon steaks in dish.
Sprinkle seasoning evenly over steaks.
Pour Diet Coke over steaks and bake approximately 40 minutes or until salmon is cooked all the way through.
