Peanut Butter Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. cooking oil (omit cooking oil for low fat diet)
    1 1/2 sticks (3/4 c.) margarine
    1/2 c. peanut butter (creamy or chunky)
    1 c. water
    1/2 cut butter milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, soda and salt.
    In a saucepan, combine oil, margarine, peanut butter, and water, bring to a boil.
    Pour hot peanut butter mixture over dry ingredients.
    Add buttermilk, vanilla and eggs. Mix well.
    Pour into greased and floured 12x18 sheet cake pan. Bake in preheated oven 15 to 20 minutes.
    Mean while prepare frosting.
