Mix diet cola and catsup.
Place chicken in electric skillet. Pour diet cola and catsup over chicken.
Add bell pepper, onions and mushrooms.
Cook at 350\u00b0, covered, until done.
The cola/catsup mixture will thicken as it cooks.
Serve with noodles or rice.
Low calorie and good.

Put in saucepan and pour a diet Coke over. Simmer about 20 minutes.

Pour the pineapple over any flavor Jell-O.
Stir until Jell-O is melted.
Add cottage cheese.
Stir until blended, then blend in the whipped topping.
Stir until completely mixed.

Bring to a boil the 7-Up and gelatine.
Add the orange juice concentrate. Stir. Add fruit of choice (chopped apples, pineapple with juice, bananas and cantaloupe are all good).
Mix Kool-Aid following package.
Pour 3 ounces orange juice and 3 ounces Kool-Aid and a big splash of diet 7-Up.
Red Kool-Aid works best.
Combine molasses, eggs and shortening.
Mix well.
Sift dry ingredients together and stir into mix; mix well.
Add nuts and raisins.
Pour into a well-greased 7 1/2 x 11 1/2-inch or similar size pan.
Bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until golden brown and leaves sides of pan.
Cool on wire rack, then cut into bar sizes.
Since this has only 1/2 cup sugar, you may adjust it into a diabetic diet.
Marinate skinless, boneless chicken for several hours or overnight.
Barbecue until done.

Mix together the ketchup, diet cola, vinegar, hot sauce and onions in a large skillet. Add the chicken breasts and bring the sauce to a boil over medium high heat.
Reduce to a simmer and cook for 50 minutes, until the chicken is tender enough to split with a fork. The sauce will be reduced by half and quite rich and thick.
Serve each breast with a quarter of the sauce.

In pitcher, dissolve Crystal Light in 1 cup water.
Add pineapple juice.
Pour mixture into punch bowl with a little ice. When ready to serve, add Diet 7-Up.
Set out 4 custard cups.
Place 1/4 cup rice in each dish.
Add 1 tablespoon raisins, 1/4 egg, 1/2 cup milk and 1/2 packet diet sugar.
Sprinkle vanilla and lemon juice in each cup.
Stir and bake in oven 40 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Fill any size glass 3/4 full with diet cherry 7-Up.
Add your favorite frozen yogurt.
Add berries or bananas if desired.
Preheat oven to 375.
Place butter in 9x9\" glass pan and place in oven to melt as oven preheats.
Once butter is melted, place salmon steaks in dish.
Sprinkle seasoning evenly over steaks.
Pour Diet Coke over steaks and bake approximately 40 minutes or until salmon is cooked all the way through.
