Combine epsom salt with sea salt in a bowl.

mix all ingredients in a a blendaer for 30 seconds. pu in a sterile jar or bottle. use 1 to 2 tbsp of this oil in bathtub of water.

Lower the heat.
Sprinkle salt onto cutting board. Squeeze a little bit of the lemon juice onto the salt.
Add the essential oil directly on top of the salt/juice mixture.
Hold the lemon half in your hand, flesh side down, and scrub the fragrant salt thoroughly over the cutting board. Be sure to get all the nooks and crannies. Repeat as necessary.

For the dressing:
Place all of the ingredients except the oil in a medium bowl and whisk to combine. Slowly drizzle in the oil, whisking continuously, until all of it is incorporated; set aside.
For the salad:
Place the snap peas, cucumber, carrots, cilantro, and scallions in a large bowl, drizzle with the dressing, and toss to coat. Transfer to a serving platter, sprinkle with the peanuts, and serve immediately.
Heat the oil in a large saucepan and cook the onion and garlic over low heat for 6-7 mins until softened. Add the rice mix and cook, stirring for 1 min. Pour in the wine and simmer for a few mins then gradually add the stock, about 1 ladleful at a time. Allow the liquid to be absorbed by the rice before adding the next ladleful. This will take about 35 mins.
Stir in the butter and Parmesan cheese and season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Serve in warm, shallow bowls.
