A quick one pan easy entree.
Trim fat from steak. Cut steak into 1/2-inch strips. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in skillet over medium-high heat. Add steak and brown. Remove steak from skillet. Add remaining oil. Add onions and garlic and cook, stirring, until onion is tender and transparent. Return steak to pan. Add soy sauce, sugar and water. Cover and simmer over low heat for 1 hour or until steak is tender, adding more water if needed. Serve meat and pan drippings over rice. Makes 4 to 6 servings.

Brown beef in large skillet and drain. Stir in taco seasoning and water. Layer refried beans on half-broken taco shells, 1 cup cheese, salsa and corn on top of beef. Top with remaining taco shells and cheese. Cover and cook slowly for 10 minutes or until heated through.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Prepare the Mac & Cheese Dinner as directed on package. Cook meat with taco seasoning.
Layer seasoned meat, mac & cheese and salsa in 8-inch square baking dish.

Combine cream cheese, sour cream, and taco season using a hand mixer.
Place the lettuce on the bottom of a small casserole dish.
Spread the cream cheese mixture on the lettuce.
Layer the rest on top of the cream cheese mixture.
Chill for at least one hour.
Serve with your favorite chips.
