Stuffing:
Cook sausage, crumble. Combine sausage, feta cheese and chilpotle sauce. Stuff roast with sausage mixture. Tie roast to hold stuffing. Season with salr and pepper. Coat roast with coating mixture.
Roast at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or internal temperature of 170 degrees.

Easy Always Tender Pork Ribs With Bbq Sauce No Grilling

Hand massage the yellow mustard on all surfaces of the ribs.

Easy Crock Pot Pork Chops

Quarter each pork chop.
Place meat in crock pot.
Pour soup over meat.
Set crock pot on low or medium.
Let cook for at least four hours.
Optional rice side dish: Five minutes before dinner time, ladle out 1 cup soup from crock pot.
If there isn't enough soup, add water to make 1 cup.
Use this liquid to prepare rice according to directions on box.

Easy Cranberry Glazed Pork Chops

Rub chops with garlic (I use garlic powder), and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
Heat butter in skillet and brown chops well on both sides.
Add apple juice; cover and simmer for 1 hour or until pork is fork tender.
Place chops on a broiler pan and set aside.
Drain pan juices into a bowl through a strainer and stir in the cranberry sauce, apple sauce and cloves and beat with a whisk until well blended.
Spoon mixture over chops and broil until mixture bubbles.
Serve with more sauce if you like.
