BEST PANCAKE MIX: In large bowl, stir
Pound the chilis and garlic together in a mortar with a pestle. Add the bean and lightly crush. Add the tomatoes, sugar, roasted peanuts, dried shrimp, lime juice, lime wedges, and fish sauce to the mortar and gently mix together until the sugar has dissolved.
Add the papaya and mix together. Serve.

Prepare pancake mix as directed on
1. Preheat Easy Bake Oven for 20 mins.
2. Stir together pancake mix and water, add little drips of water if batter is too thick
3. Spray Easy Bake muffin tin with cooking spray, and spoon batter into muffin cups so batter slightly overfills cups.
4. Bake in Easy Bake Oven for 9 mins, move to cooling area for 3 mins.
5. Makes 2 batches of 6 muffins each.
Boil water and salt and cook the veggies until tender.
Grease a 9x13 glass pan (or spray with non stick cooking spray).
Drain veggies and put into pan.
Beat together the eggs, milk, pancake mix, salt and pepper.
Pour over veggies and sprinkle the cheese on top.

Spray your easy bake oven pan with cooking spray.
In a bowl mix together the pancake mix and milk (you can add as much milk as you want, just keep on stiring in milk until the batter is sticky).
Mix in the sugar.
Stir in the cinnamon (you may add in as much as you want i usually add a tablespoon because i love cinnamon).
Fold in the diced apple pieces.
Pour the batter into the pan.
Bake for 10 - 25 minutes.

Heat oil in large pot, add onion and saute.
Add butter and flour to make a roue, cook a minute or so.
Add chicken stock and bring to a boil.
Add chicken and vegatables.
Mix together pancake mix and water, don't over mix as it should be thick.
Add dumpling mix in large spoon fulls into chicken stew. Simmer 10 minutes uncovered, then 10 minutes covered. Enjoy!
Slice onions and separate rings.
Mix pancake mix with water to make thick paste.
Add onions, few at a time, to mixture.
Stir and deep-fry in hot cooking oil.
Put pancake mix into large shallow bowl.
Add oysters, a few at a time and toss lightly until well coated.

In a mixing bowl combine water, egg, and pepper; stir with a fork until well beaten. Stir in pancake mix; continue stirring until combined. If the mixture is dry and crumbly add 1/4 cup milk. Mix in the corn, cover and let stand 10 minutes or until firm.
Heat oil at medium high in a large skillet. After heating for 5 minutes spoon mixture in 2 tablespoon size lumps into skillet. Do not crowd the skillet. Flip each fritter after the bottom side is golden brown. Drain on paper towels and repeat until the mixture is gone.
