Preheat your easy bake ultimate oven for 20 minutes.
Spray your easy bake oven pan with cooking spray.
In a bowl mix together the pancake mix and milk (you can add as much milk as you want, just keep on stiring in milk until the batter is sticky).
Mix in the sugar.
Stir in the cinnamon (you may add in as much as you want i usually add a tablespoon because i love cinnamon).
Fold in the diced apple pieces.
Pour the batter into the pan.
Bake for 10 - 25 minutes.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
FRITTATA BATTER: Beat eggs, half and
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a smaill nonstick pan with an ovenproof handle with cooking spray. Over medium heat, saute the vegetables.
In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and egg whites with a little salt and pepper. Pour the egg mixture into the pan and move it around with a spatula until slightly solidified. Transfer the pan to the oven.
Bake until the frittata is almost firm to the touch (approximately 15-20 minutes). Sprinkle with the cheese and bake until firm. Serve immediately.

Pound the chilis and garlic together in a mortar with a pestle. Add the bean and lightly crush. Add the tomatoes, sugar, roasted peanuts, dried shrimp, lime juice, lime wedges, and fish sauce to the mortar and gently mix together until the sugar has dissolved.
Add the papaya and mix together. Serve.

Make the Frittata: Halve the leeks lengthwise and
Cook potatoes in boiling salted water for 20 mins, drain then rinse under in cold water. Let cool slightly then peel and slice.
Preheat oven to 325\u00b0F. Heat oil in a nonstick pan and saute potatoes and carrots for 5 mins. Add ham and leek. Meanwhile, whisk egg and 2 tbsp milk. Add nutmeg and season. Add to pan then transfer to oven and bake for 20 mins.
Meanwhile, mix cheese with 2 tbsp of milk and parsley and set aside. Remove frittata from oven, loosen from pan and cut into pieces. Serve with herbed cheese.

Heat oven to broil.

Pour enough oil into 9\" x 9\" (to double recipe use a 9\" x 13\") pan to cover the bottom with a thin layer.
Preheat oven to 375\u00b0F with oiled pan inside the oven.
Mix the egg and milk together, then add the flour, cheese, and vegetables in order. Vegetables last.
Mix well.
Once the oil in the pan is hot, pour the batter in, and bake at 375\u00b0F for 35-40 minutes.
It may need some more time depending on your oven, check for a crispy golden brown color across the top.

Melt butter in non-stick pan.
Saute veggies over medium high heat until warmed through, about 3-4 minutes.
While veggies are in pan, scramble eggs and water.
Add cheese and scramble until foamy.
Turn heat down to medium.
Pour eggs over veggies in pan.
Let eggs cook in pan until set-about 7-8 minutes.
Run spatula around edge of pan, slide frittata onto serving plate.
Season to taste with salt& pepper.

Cook and stir ground beef and onion in a large skillet over medium-high heat until beef is no longer pink.
Pour off drippings.
Sprinkle oregano and salt over beef, stirring to combine.
Place tortillas on 2 large baking sheets.
Lightly brush surface of each tortilla with oil.
Bake in a preheated 400\u00b0 oven for 3 minutes.
Divide beef mixture evenly over tops or tortillas; divide tomato and desired topping over beef mixture.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 12 to 14 minutes, rearranging baking sheets halfway through cooking time.

Cook bacon in skillet until browned.
Remove and drain; reserve none but 4 tablespoons bacon fat.
Cook spuds, onion, green pepper and 1/2 teaspoon salt in bacon fat until potatoes are tender, about 15 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in bacon. Beat together eggs, cheese, milk, baking mix, butter and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Pour egg mixture into greased quiche dish or 9 x 9-inch baking pan.
Spoon potato mixture on top of eggs.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes, until set.
Remove Frittata from oven.
