Brown your hamburger meat in a skillet with the chopped onions and drain fat. Add your drained meat/onions, beans, Rotel and tomato sauce to a 3qt. sauce pan over medium heat. After a few minutes add all the spices and stir frequently. Add more of each spice until you reach your desired flavor. Once you have the flavor to your liking just cover with lid and simmer for 10-15 minute.
Serve over corn chips and top with cheese, sour cream and jalepenos.

For each person to be served, rip a sizeable piece of foil. Then cut potatoes and carrots.
Make a hamburger patty for each dinner.
Surround the hamburger patty with the potatoes and carrots.
Add 2 teaspoons butter on top of hamburger and a nice slice of onion.
Salt and pepper everything for your own taste. Then wrap up each dinner and bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
Serve hot. A tossed salad or jello salad goes nicely on the side.

2.Sprinkle the uncooked rice in the bottom; sprinkle with seasoned salt.
3.Cover with the uncooked, raw hamburger or sausage; sprinkle with seasoned salt.
4.Cover with 1 can of soup.
5. Pour milk over all. Bake 350 degrees 45 minutes.

Mix hamburger, onion, salt and pepper, spices and rice; form into balls.
In a dutch oven add beef broth, carrots and celery (can use canned broth or water and bullioin).
Bring broth to boil. Add meatballs. Cover and simmer an hour.
Blend sugar and cocoa in bowl (microwave-safe).
Add butter and milk.
Put in microwave for 1 minute and 45 seconds (or until butter is melted).
Add the remaining ingredients; mix fast, as it starts to harden.
Put into small square pan.
Place in refrigerator until hard, then cut into small squares.

Prepare 9 to 12 lasagna noodles as directed on package.
Cook hamburger; drain; then add sauce and cheeses.
Layer hamburger mixture and then noodles; repeat until finished.
Cover with aluminum foil and bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
Easy, but delicious.
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Brown Hamburger until no longer pink. Remove from pan and drain. Put about 1T. Olive Oil into same pan and saute onions and garlic until tender. Return Hamburger to pan and add spaghetti sauce and water. Mix ricotta cheese and parsley together. In 9X13 pan layer half of Noodles, Ricotta Cheese, Mozzarella cheese and Sauce. Repeat with other half. Cover and Bake for 1 hours Uncover and top with parmasan cheese. Let set for 10 minute before serving.
