CARAMELIZED PECANS: In a small saucepan, combine

Increase heat to 425F and bake 5 minutes longer.
Brie will be starting to melt on the bottom and the sugar will be bubbling on the top.
Serve with bread, sliced apples and crackers.
Line bottom of an 8-inch square baking dish with wax paper; set aside.
Combine first 6 ingredients in a 2-quart casserole. Stir gently.
Add butter; microwave, uncovered, on High for 2 to 3 minutes.
Stir.
Stir in pecans.
Pour in prepared dish. Refrigerate until firm.

Soak pecans overnight in 2 cups of water (6-12 hours).
Drain and rinse.
Spread the pecans on a dry towel and blot them dry.
Toss with honey, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and sea salt.
Marinate 30-60 minutes.
Spread on dehydrator trays and dehydrate 12-20 hours or until dry.
Store in an air-tight container in a cool, dry place.
Melt margarine in small pan and set aside.
Grease 9 x 12-inch pan and sprinkle pecans over the bottom.
Arrange frozen rolls in pan over nuts, 4 across and 6 down.
Sprinkle pudding (dry) over rolls.
Sprinkle cinnamon and brown sugar mix over top.
Pour melted margarine over the rolls.
Let stand overnight covered with wax paper.
In the morning, bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool for 10 minutes.
