Chocolate Drink

Combine all ingredients in a container with a lid. Shake until dry milk is dissolved. Drink immediately or chill in refrigerator.

Chocolate Surprise Milkshake

In a blender, combine milk, ice cream, chocolate syrup, chocolate drink mix, ice cubes and chocolate chips. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and serve.

Authentic Mexican Hot Chocolate With Chile

Place milk and chocolate in a small saucepan over medium-low heat and simmer, stirring, until chocolate is melted but not boiling, about 5 minutes.
Pour chocolate mixture into a blender. Cover and hold lid down with a potholder; blend until foamy. Pour into a mug. Break the chile into 2 or 3 pieces, discarding seeds, and drop into the hot chocolate. Drink immediately.

Chocolate Cream

Stir together the chocolate drink mix, powdered sugar, vanilla and whipping cream.
Chill 1 hour.
Whip until stiff.
Spread between layers on cake and on top.

Pour cream into a small bowl. Beat vanilla extract, confectioners' sugar, chocolate drink mix, and whipped cream stabilizer into cream with an electric mixer on high until soft but firm peaks form. Lift your beater straight up: the whipped topping will form soft, pointed peaks.

Peanut Butter Chocolate Banana Smoothie

Put peeled bananas in blender, top with peanut butter, add chocolate drink mix, cover with ice to taste, add milk, then blend till frothy and thick to taste. Pour into glasses and top with whip cream if you like. The kids will love it, but so will the adults! Refreshing and filling!

Hot Chocolate Mix Ii

In a large bowl, combine dry milk, non-dairy creamer, confectioners' sugar, and instant chocolate drink mix. Mix well. Put in a large airtight container. Label and store in a cool dry place. Best if used within 6 months.
To make Hot Chocolate, add 3 tablespoons mix to 1 cup of hot water, and stir well. Add mini marshmallows if desired.

Chocolate Cola Cake

*Note:
For a firmer cake, use 16 ounce package pound cake mix stirring in 1/3 cup powdered chocolate drink with orange peel.
Use cola for liquid; bake as directed.

Russian Chocolate

Scald chocolate drink; remove from heat and add hot coffee. Whip the cream with sugar.
Add 1/2 of whipped cream to chocolate and coffee and whisk until frothy.
Serve hot, topped with remainder of whipped cream.

A-Plus Hot Chocolate

In a 16 ounce glass, combine chocolate drink mix, sugar, sweetened condensed milk, and evaporated milk. Add water to fill the glass.
Place in microwave and cook on High for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes. Stir and serve.

Darlene'S Awesome Hot Chocolate Mix

Stir powdered milk, chocolate drink mix, confectioners' sugar, and coffee creamer together in a large container or bowl.

College Munchies (Edible Chocolate Peanut Butter Cookie Dough)

Combine sugar, peanut butter, and margarine in a large bowl; beat until creamy. Mix in chocolate drink mix and milk until blended. Mix in flour until dough comes together and is no longer sticky.
Roll dough into balls; transfer to a large plate lined with waxed paper. Store in the refrigerator.

Thick Chocolate Shake

In a blender, combine the ice cream, milk, chocolate drink mix and powdered egg whites. Cover, and blend until smooth. You may need to stop and stir once or twice to get it evenly mixed. The shake will be very thick.

Hot Chocolate Milkshake

Combine milk, chocolate drink mix, sugar, maple syrup, and half-and-half in a large cup. Stir with a spoon until liquid is smooth. Add ice cream gradually, mixing after each addition until blended.

Caravan Hot Chocolate Mix

In a large mixing bowl, combine chocolate drink mix powder, dry milk powder, coffee creamer powder and confectioners sugar. Mix well.
Transfer to plastic bags or airtight containers.
For each serving, combine 1/3 cup mix and 2/3 cup boiling water.
Mix well.
Serve immediately.
Makes about 9 quarts dry mix, enough for about 100 (1 cup) servings.

Chocolate Pastry

Combine dry ingredients with chocolate drink mix.
Gently mix in enough water to moisten dry ingredients.

Low Calorie Chocolate Mousse

Place water, gelatin, and chocolate drink in blender and blend at low speed.
Add ice cubes one at a time.
Pour into 16 ounce glass and refrigerate.
Ready to eat in about 1/2 hour.
75 calories per serving.

Sugar Free Chocolate Ice Cream

Soften gelatin in 1/2 cup of the milk.
Heat mixture over medium heat in a saucepan until gelatin dissolves.
Remove pan from heat.
Place saucepan in another bowl of cold or ice water to cool to room temperature.
Pour the mixture into a blender or food processor.
Add remaining milk, drink mix, yogurt, vanilla and salt.
Blend until smooth, and cover
Chill ready to freeze.
Blend or stir before pouring into the ice cream maker.
Freeze according to your ice cream maker's instructions.
