Place seasoned pork loin in a roasting pan on a rack insert meat thermometer into the center of the roast. Cook the roast till the thermometer reads 160 degrees. During the the last 45 minuets brush the brown sugar gaze on the pork several times.

Rinse ham and place in large baking pan.
Pour honey over ham. Using your hands, pack the brown sugar evenly over the ham, pressing firmly so that the sugar will stick.
Cover and place in oven. Bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours depending on size of ham. (Since it is fully cooked, all you are doing is warming it up.) Baste with juices.
Drain the juice from the can of mandarin oranges into a microwave-safe bowl. Eat the oranges, or reserve for other uses. Stir in the brown sugar and orange juice. Cook in the microwave for 5 minutes on full power, then stir and cook for another 5 minutes. Glaze will be runny.
Use to glaze a whole ham every 10 minutes during the last hour of cooking. Also baste a few times after you take the ham out of the oven.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Place the ham in a roasting pan and dot with cloves. In a saucepan combine the pineapple juice, brown sugar, honey and orange juice. Stir and simmer over medium-low heat until thickened, about 10 minutes. Pour the glaze over the ham.
Bake the ham uncovered for 1 hour in the preheated oven.

Spoon 3/4 cup sauce over ham surface during the last 30 minutes of baking.
Heat remaining sauce and serve with ham.
Makes enough glaze for a 4 pound half ham.

Before baking ham, place pineapple slices on ham with toothpicks and place cherries in center of pineapple.
In a medium microwave safe bowl combine brown sugar and reserved pineapple juice. Mix together and microwave for about 5 minutes, until mixture is thick. Pour some of this glaze over the ham about every 15 minutes in the last hour of baking, until all is used.
