Use forks to pull the meat apart and shred the meat.
Pour the sauce over the meat, stirring to coat evenly and cook 1 hour longer.

Put in brisket, season beef and arrange onion slices on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
When onions brown slightly, then cover (seal) beef tightly with foil.
Add 1 cup of water to pan (may have to add more water).
Reduce heat to 300\u00b0. Cook 2 more hours.
Keep sealed.
After 3 hours, open and check. If fork-tender, it's cooked long enough.
