Preheat a grill to medium-high or preheat
Cut bottom of lobster to the shell, but not all the way through.
Cut all membrane from under lobster and discard.
Break shell so lobster can butterfly, but not completely in half.
Brush lobster with butter and place on grill, meat side down, for 2 to 3 minutes.
Turn lobster over; brush again with butter and season with garlic salt or preferred seasonings.
Cook 7 to 10 minutes, shell side down, or until done, depending on size and heat of grill.
Lobster is cooked when meat turns opaque.

MIX ground beef and Seasoning Mix until well blended. Shape into 4 patties.
GRILL over medium heat 4 to 6 minutes per side or until burgers are cooked through (internal temperature of 160\u00b0F).

Place all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with about 1/2 cup ice. Shake and pour into a martini glass.

Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse chop until all ingredients are approximately 1/8 inch in size.
Add Italian parsley and pulse chop until parsley is 1/8 inch in size.
Add the olive oil and blend in quickly. (Do not over blend).
Allow the sauce to marinate for 30 minutes before serving.

In a medium sauce pan, sautee the minced ginger in the olive oil until fragrant.
In a bowl, thoroughly combine the soy sauce, ketchup, oyster sauce, lemon juice and water and add to saute pan.

Place the first 4 ingredients, into a sauce pan and simmer over medium high heat until the volume is reduced by half. Reduce heat to low.
Now slowly begin adding the pieces of cold butter (in 1/4 inch squares), whisking continuously after each addition to maintain a smooth consistency.
Add salt and strain sauce into a small pan to remove any solids. Sauce should be creamy and smooth. Serve immediately.
Whisk together until well combined. I use a pint sized mason jar to mix and store.
Combine ingredients over ice in a shaker tin. Shake and strain into chilled martini glass. Float 3 or 4 frozen cranberries on top for garnish.
