SPICE MIX:.
Combine all ingredients except rum and mix thoroughly. Refrigerate until ready to use. Will keep for a very long time in the refrigerator.

Half fill tall glasses with ice.
Top each with 5 drops of bitters and a good squeeze of lime juice.
Slice remaining lime.
Fill each with tonic water and top with lime slice and fresh mint leaves.
In a cocktail shaker filled with crushed ice, combine brandy, juices, and sugar. Cover, shake vigorously for 15 seconds, and strain into a cocktail glass.
Top with a few drops of bitters.
Add some dry ice for a spooky effect.
NOTE:
Dry ice is quite safe to use in drinks, but you should not touch it. Wait for the ice to melt before actually drinking it as it can burn your skin.
nce cool, add lemon juice, bitters and 1/2 cup water
Fill 6 tall glasses halfway full with crushed ice. Top each with 5 drops of bitters and a good squeeze of lime juice. Top with tonic water and garnish with sliced lime and fresh mint.
Rim the inside of a glass with 5-6 dashes of Angostura aromatic bitters.
Swirl until the glass is evenly coated with Angostura aromatic bitters then add ice.
Fill glass with Lemon squash or solo and a shot of lime cordial and/or fresh lime juice. ( For a low-cal version fill glass with soda or use diet drinks).
Garnish with a slice of lemon and/or lime.
In blender, add all ingredients.
Combine lemon & lime juice, rind & sugar in a saucepan, stir over low heat until sugar dissolves.
Add a small bunch of mint if using & simmer the syrup for approx 10 minutes.
Remove from heat & pour through a sieve, allow to cool and add bitters, stir until well combined.
Pour into sterilised bottles & refrigerate.

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Pour in gin and vermouth, and add a couple shakes of orange bitters. Strain into a chilled martini glass and garnish with olive.
Cut into pieces as necessary for your juicer.
Drink immediately for greatest benefit.
Sprinkle gelatine over water; heat over low heat or in microwave oven until water is hot and gelatine is dissolved.
Add drink mix and sweetener to hot gelatin mixture; stir until dissolved.
Pour into mold or dish; refrigerate until firm.
Dissolve cornstarch in cold water.
Add orange juice concentrate and orange drink mix.
Cook over low heat until slightly thickened.
Use as a glaze on poultry or pork.
Mix and heat (simmer, don't boil).
Recipe makes approximately 2 gallons.
Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks. Best when served hot.

Pink Drink:
Brew Acai tea with
he milk mixture.
orange drink mix.
remaining milk mixture
Pour 1/4 cup of orange drink into each glass.
Next put half of the sherbet into each glass.
Finally add half of the ginger ale to each glass.
Drink up! Makes 2 drinks.
Combine all ingredients in a container with a lid. Shake until dry milk is dissolved. Drink immediately or chill in refrigerator.
In a blender, combine drink mix with rum.
Blend with ice for at least 15 seconds, until slushy.
Pour into a tall glass. Garnish with a cherry and pineapple stick.
Bring water and cinnamon candies to a boil over medium-high heat in medium saucepan, stirring until candies melt.
Add milk; whisk in drink mix.
Bring to a simmer over medium-high heat. Pour into mugs.
Serve warm.
