Drain pineapple well.
Melt butter in pan (9-inch round or 8 or 9-inch square).
Remove from heat and stir in brown sugar. Arrange pineapple and cherries in sugar mixture.
Prepare crumb cake and pour over all in pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes until tests done.
10 to 15 minutes.
CAKE:
Adjust oven rack to
sturdy baking sheet.
Crumb Topping:
In a medium
on-stick 8 inch round cake pan with non-stick cooking
Preheat oven to 425\u00b0F.
Empty the canned peaches into a 1 quart baking dish that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
Mix in the cinnamon and brown sugar; sprinkle with the Crumb Cake Mix and cut butter into 4 equal portions and place on top.
Cover and bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes; remove cover and continue to cook for an additional 10 minutes or until top is brown.
Can be served immediately or is also good room temperature.
Use your favorite white cake recipe or use 1 white cake mix and bake according to instructions in 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Let cool 10 to 15 minutes.
Poke holes in the cake with a toothpick, fork tines, etc.

Spray sides and bottom of a cake pan.
Pour brown sugar mixture into it.
Arrange pineapple rings and cherries on top.

Bake in a 350\u00b0 preheated oven for 40 to 45 minutes.
Let stand to cool a few minutes, then invert onto a plate.
Prepare favorite white cake recipe or boxed cake mix and divide batter between 1 (8-inch) square pan and 1 (8-inch) round pan.
Bake according to directions.
Remove cakes from pan and cool.
Use any good cake recipe
to make 4 layers.
Bake 2 plain, then add raisins, nut meats, cinnamon and cloves.
When cool stick with filling.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Gease and flour a 9x13 baking dish.
Cake:
Combine cake mix with four eggs,2/3 cup oil, 2/3 cup milk and 1 tsp cinnamon. Pour into prepared cake pan. Bake for 25 minutes.
Crumb topping:
Sift 3 3/4 cups flour, white sugar and remaining tsp of cinnamon together. Add brown sugar, vanilla and 3 sticks of room temperature butter to flour mixture. Combined with pastry cutter or fork until coarse and crumbly. Top cake with this crumb mixture and continue to bake for 20 minutes.
Heat oven to 350\u00b0F Grease and flour 8 inch square or 9 inch round pan.
Beat all ingredients in large bowl on low speed 30 seconds, scraping bowl constantly.
Beat on medium speed 4 minutes,scraping bowl occasionally.
Pour into pan.
Bake 30-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Cool slightly.
Make crumb topping: Mix all together and spread over cake.
Set oven to broil.
Broil about 3 inches from heat about 3 minutes or until golden brown.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Grease and flour a 13 x 9 pan.
Mix cake mix, water, softened butter and eggs on low for 30 seconds until moistened.
Beat at medium speed for 4 minutes.
Pour into prepared pan.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Prepare topping.
After 20 minuntes take cake out of oven.
Sprinkle topping evenly over cake.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
TOPPING:
In a bowl mix all ingredients together until crumbly.
Blend all of the coffee cake ingredients.
Beat vigorously for 30 seconds.
Spread into greased 9\" layer pan or 8\" square pan.
For topping, blend all topping ingredients with fingertips until crumbly.
Spread topping on coffee cake.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Heat oven to 375\u00b0F.
Grease 9-inch round pan.
Make Cinnamon Streusel; reserve. (my sister often doubles this recipe so that there is lots of topping).
Stir coffee cake batter ingredients until blended.
Spread in pan.
Sprinkle with Cinnamon Streusel.
Bake 18 to 22 minutes or until golden brown.
Let sit a few minutes and then serve warm with butter and lots of milk or coffee.

In a large bowl mix ingredients well until smooth.
Pour into greased 8 or 9 inch cake pan (round or square, your choice).
Place in steamer and steam for 25 to 30 minutes or until wooden pick inserted in center comes out clean.
I you desire you may spread cake with butter while hot and sprinkle with sugar or sugar and cinnamon.
Optional: if you have a large steamer you can make muffins.
Fill muffin tins 2/3 full and steam for 20 minutes or until a wooden pick comes out clean.
