Whisk together sugar and next seven ingredients thoroughly, plus onion if using.

Add 2 pickle slices.

First mix your Ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, and sugar in a separate cup or bowl to make your BBQ sauce. Rough chop your ham again and put it in a hot skillet to heat. Top ham in the pan with the BBQ sauce you already made and stir. Put ham on buns with 1/4 cup of coleslaw on top. Enjoy.
