Melt butter or margarine in large pan.
Add whole kernel corn, cream style corn, sour cream, grated cheese, egg, and corn muffin mix.
Stir until well blended.
Place in an oblong baking dish, approximately 8 x 11 inches (2 quart casserole dish works also), that has been sprayed with nonstick vegetable spray (Pam).
Bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
Reheat casserole in microwave oven for about
Melt the butter in a dutch oven over med heat, add onion and cook till tender, about 6-8 minutes.
Add defrosted broccoli and soups, stir untill well mixed.
Add cheese, stir until melted.
Turn heat to low, and just cook through, about 5 minutes.
Pour into 9\"x 13\" sprayed casserole dish.
Dust top with bread crumbs.
Bake untill bubbly, about 30 minutes.

This is a good basic recipe but I think it needs
rease a 3-quart shallow casserole; evenly spread about half the
edium heat; cook and stir yam and onion in the melted
quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Boil yam chunks
Spray 1 quart baking dish with Pam.
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Mash yams in a large bowl and add brown sugar, salt, cinnamon, egg, and melted butter.
Mix well.
Place 1/2 mixture in baking dish.
Top with a layer of marshmallows, then add remaining mixture.
Bake for 30 minutes.
Remove from oven and top with remaining marshmallows.
Turn oven to broil and move casserole to the upper middle rack. Broil for approximately 5 minutes or until marshmallows are lightly browned.
Wash and bake your yam.
Mash with a hand mixer or potato masher.
Add butter, sugar, and cream.
Mix.
Place in a small casserole dish.
Top with marshmallows.
Broil for about 5-10 minutes or until the marshmallows are golden brown.
Enjoy!

Whip together \"yam\" ingredients and pour into a 9x13 glass baking dish.
Mix \"topping\" ingredients until it resembles coarse crumbs and drop over top of yam mixture.
Bake for 30 minutes.
To freeze: Assemble casserole as directed up to the point of baking. Cover well with foil. Label and freeze.
To serve: Thaw in fridge, uncover and bake as directed.

Boil the tom yam stock over a medium high

Preheat oven to 375.
Just wash your yams well & cut them into pieces of your desired size, I like them a bit thicker.
Toss them in 1 tlbs. oil {you can use others but grapeseed oil is best since it doesn't become toxic once it reaches certain temps like oilve oil may}.
Lay them out on a cookie sheet, meaty part facing down & season with kosher salt or I used Mrs. Dash since it's salt-less. Bake for 20 mins or until the thickest pieces are tender!
