s basically my wife's stuffing recipe:
Brown and drain the
Pour hot water into a small bowl; stir in seasoning. Let stand 5 minutes to soften.
Mix ground pork, stuffing crumbs and seasoning together in a large bowl.
Press the mixture into lightly greased 8X4 inch (1L) loaf pan. Spread top with Barbecue sauce.
Bake at 350 \u00b0F (180 \u00b0C) for 30 - 40 minutes or until done. Lift meatloaf onto serving plate; slice and serve.
Note: You can also make this recipe into meatballs. Shape meat into 25-30 one inch meatballs. Bake at 350 \u00b0F for about 15 minutes.

You may use your own stuffing recipe or use Stove Top Stuffing.
I usually add 6 or 8 slices of bread to 1 box of Stove Top.
Mix in a separate bowl; set aside.
Cut up your pork roast into 1 to 2
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Prepare stuffing as recommended on the box.
Spray 9x13 pan with non-stick cooking spray.
Place pork chops in the pan.
Spoon heaping stuffing mixture onto each pork chop.
Cover with foil and bake at 350 degres for 20 minutes.
While pork chops are baking, heat the cream of mushroom soup, milk, minced onions, mushrooms and Kitchen Bouquet together on the stovetop.
Once heated, pour over the stuffed pork chops and bake uncovered fro another 10 minutes.
Serve with applesauce and enjoy!
