Mix all in small bowl and set aside.
Coffee Cake.
Combine all ingredients, mix well, beat 2 minutes at high speed.
Spread 2/3 of batter in greased and floured 9x13 inch pan.
Sprinkle half of streusel mixture over cake.
Add rest of batter and sprinkle with rest of streusel.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40-50 minutes.

Scrape the coffee cake batter into the prepared pan
Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
Spray bundt pan with Pam and dust with confectioners sugar.
Mix together cake mix, sugar, oil, eggs, sour cream, almond and vanilla extract.
Blend well.
Pour half of the batter into the bundt pan.
Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon mixture over the batter and add the remaining batter.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for one hour and 10 minutes.
Cool 10 minutes in pan.
Remove from pan and cool completely on wire rack.
Sprinkle cooled cake with confectioners sugar.
Store covered in refrigerator.
Preheat oven to 350F and lightly grease/flour a 13 x 9\" cake pan.
Mix cake according to box instuctions and bake as directed.
As soon as you remove cake from oven, poke holes with a fork all over the cake, pour chocolate syrup from can evenly all over top of cake and allow to cool to room temperature.
When cool, spread with cool whip and refrigerate until ready to serve.
